Alerts and notifications

Alerts appear in Alerts and as notifications on the phones of the people a rule chooses.

• Critical alerts (for example someone at night) use the alarm channel and a louder sound.
• Warnings arrive as normal notifications; info alerts stay in the app.
• Notifications carry only the camera and time, and a generic title unless the rule shows names. Pictures and AI text stay in the app.
