Notifications don't arrive
Phone settings that stop Kepto's alerts.

- Allow notifications: Android Settings → Apps → Kepto AI → Notifications → on (including the alarm channel for critical alerts).
- Battery: Settings → Apps → Kepto AI → Battery → Unrestricted (or "Don't optimise"). Some phones (Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo, Realme) also need Autostart on.
- Do Not Disturb can silence normal alerts; critical alerts may still ring.
- Check the alert rule sends to you (Alerts → the rule → who gets it).
- Sign out and sign in again to refresh the phone's registration.
