Monitoring-use agreement (businesses)

For shops, hostels, PGs and other businesses that use Kepto AI on cameras covering staff, residents or visitors.

• Put up a visible CCTV notice at entrances and in monitored areas.
• Don't point cameras at washrooms, changing or sleeping areas.
• Tell staff and residents that Kepto AI analyses snapshots, and what for.
• Register a person for face suggestions only after they agree through Kepto's own consent link; for anyone under 18, a parent or guardian agrees. Students are never registered.
• Use the information only for safety and running your place, never to track, harass or discriminate.
