Terms of service

These terms cover the Kepto AI app, the Kepto Bridge and Kepto Cloud. By using them you agree to these terms, the privacy policy and, for businesses, the monitoring-use agreement.

Your recorder, your responsibility

You must own or be allowed to use the recorder and cameras you connect, and use them lawfully. Kepto reads your recorder; it never changes its settings or deletes recordings.

The service

AI descriptions, face suggestions and answers can be wrong. Treat them as help, not proof, and check the recording on your recorder. Kepto AI is not a replacement for emergency services or a monitored alarm.

The Kepto Bridge

The bridge works only with its own product key and account. Don't open, modify or move it to another account without transferring it in the app.
