Error codes
What a code in the app means and what to do.
- BRIDGE-OFFLINE: the bridge isn't answeringThe app couldn't reach your Kepto Bridge.
- CAMERA-OFFLINE: the recorder has no video from a cameraA camera lost its signal on the recorder.
- DISK-ERROR: the recorder's hard disk has a problemRecordings may stop.
- KEY-INVALID: the key card isn't acceptedThe key is mistyped, already used, or not active.
- LIVE-FAILED: live view couldn't startThe video connection couldn't be set up.
- NOTIF-OFF: notifications are off on this phoneKepto can't show alerts on this phone.
- REC-AUTH: the recorder refused the loginThe Kepto user's name or password is wrong, or the user lacks rights.
- REC-UNREACHABLE: the bridge can't reach the recorderNo answer from the recorder's address.
