Site survey checklist
Check these before you sell or install.

- Recorder brand and model on the supported list, firmware not too old.
- The recorder is connected to the router (or can be, with a cable run).
- Internet works at the site; no hotspot-only connection.
- A power socket and space for the bridge near the router or recorder.
- The cameras that matter (gates, counters) are working and clear.
- Private areas: no camera should see toilets, changing rooms or bedrooms. Point them away first.
- For a business: who will be the admin, and will they put up the notice boards?
