- The customer owns the account: their email, their password. Never keep their password.
- Show Live cameras, Alerts, an event, Ask and Insights.
- Explain the free trial and that autopay is set up on the website, any time before the trial ends.
- For face suggestions: people agree themselves through the consent link (parents for children).
- For a business: the monitoring-use agreement and notice boards.
